Terms for using the client and family portal
The published portal terms explain acceptable use, account security, record availability and the relationship between Statura Care and your care provider.
Your care provider remains responsible for care decisions and deciding what information is shared. The portal is not an emergency service and must not be used for urgent clinical help.
