By accessing and using Statura Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Statura Care is an Australian aged care and home care management platform. The platform provides tools for care management, workforce scheduling, financial management, clinical documentation, and regulatory compliance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
We handle personal and health information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and applicable state health records legislation. Where our platform interacts with the My Health Record system, the My Health Records Act 2012 also applies. All data is stored within Australia (ap-southeast-2 region).
Statura Care is a management tool and does not provide medical advice. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals.
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Statura Care's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
